Stonewood Forest is located approximately six miles from Morgantown, on U.S. 119 South. We are a family oriented community with 83 homes within the development. You can enter the association via Gum Springs Road and/or Bridge Road.
We have several streets within the association to include Brytes Way, Buckingham Road, London Place, England Road, Nottingham Place, Buxton Lane, and Yorkshire Place. All the street were donated to the State of West Virginia during the Orphan Road Program. The Association has a contractor for snow removal and also has made expenditures towards road improvements when funds are available due to the limited State assistance.Sewage Service is provided by the Association. This service is included in the homeowner monthly due billings. Sewage service and roads maintenance, street lights are just a few of the items included with the $35.00 per month fee.
